GFTx Has Formed a Partnership for Grain Exports from Poland
GFTx and a Polish agricultural producer join forces to strengthen agricultural exports from Poland to global markets.

GlobalFund Trading Xchange (GFTx) has officially formed a strategic partnership with a Polish agricultural producer to enhance agricultural exports from Poland to the world market. The collaboration was formalized on Friday, 17 March 2023 in Poland.
Through this partnership, GFTx and its partner will work together on the export of milled wheat, corn, soybean, feed-grain, and flour to international markets, ensuring efficient logistics and sustainable trade operations.
The Black Sea region remains unstable due to ongoing hostilities between Russia and Ukraine, which have significantly disrupted traditional export routes. As a result, transporting goods via the Black Sea has become increasingly difficult and unpredictable.
In light of these challenges, GFTx and its partner have decided to redirect exports through alternative logistics routes — specifically via rail transport through Poland and onward shipping through Port Gdańsk. This approach ensures stability, safety, and continuity for agricultural exports to global markets.
According to Antonio Roel Storm Gumaru, Managing Director of GFTx, using GFTx's Port Gdańsk facility will help to export to the world market as one solution.
This collaboration further emphasizes GFTx’s commitment to strengthening its agricultural and logistics network, while providing sustainable solutions for global supply chains affected by geopolitical instability.
