GFTx Has Formed a Partnership with Rolchemia
GFTx and Rolchemia join forces to strengthen agricultural exports from Poland to global markets.
GlobalFund Trading Xchange (GFTx) has officially formed a partnership with Rolchemia Sp. z o.o., marking another milestone in its strategic expansion across Poland. The collaboration was formalized on 12 March 2023 at Port Gdańsk, Poland.
Under this partnership, GFTx and Rolchemia will work together as logistics partners for the Magrol warehouse and Gdańsk Port leasing operations. This initiative strengthens GFTx’s logistics infrastructure, ensuring more efficient management of import and export activities.
The main activity of the Magrol Company includes the unloading, loading, and storage of grain goods. Since March 2011, Magrol has implemented a groundbreaking investment that enables a modern, innovative, and eco-friendly goods handling system. The highlight of this investment is the Quay Conveyor — the first of its kind in Poland — designed and built entirely by Polish engineers.
Cooperation with Magrol will enable GFTx to efficiently carry out export and import operations through Port Gdańsk. The agreement grants GFTx operational rights at Magrol Port, Magrol Warehouse, and the Northern Port facilities in Gdańsk. These sites will handle essential logistics activities, including the loading and unloading of cars and wagons, goods screening, and dumping processes.
All magazines and logistics facilities operated jointly by Magrol and GFTx will be managed under the supervision of Rolchemia. This structure will greatly enhance the processing efficiency of exports and imports, streamlining the transportation of goods to end users across Europe via rail and truck networks.
The partnership reflects GFTx’s continued commitment to developing a robust logistics ecosystem in Poland, integrating sustainability, technology, and efficiency in every step of its operations.
