Privacy notice

How we handle the personal data you send us through this website. Last updated: 31 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is GLOBALFUND TRADING XCHANGE sp. z o.o., Przemysłowa 1C, 59-300 Lubin, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000788803. You can reach us at info@globalfundtrading.net or +48 76 841 50 87.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, company, email, optional phone number, the kind of help you need and your message.
  • Protected company documents: whether you entered the correct password, kept only for your browser session.
  • Website assistant (chat): the messages you type in the chat, with the page and language you use it on; and, only if you ask the assistant to pass your request to our team and confirm it, your name, email address, company, phone number and request.
  • Form protection: a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of your enquiries, kept for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to operate and secure the website.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
  • To keep the website, its forms and the protected documents secure — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who receives it

Your enquiry is sent by email to our team. Our web-hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Website assistant (chat)

The chat on our pages is an AI assistant built with GFTxAi. It answers from the information published on this website. To write each answer, your messages, the page you are on and its language are sent to Anthropic, PBC (United States), whose AI model Claude produces the answer; Anthropic processes them for us as a service provider under its commercial terms. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.

The conversation is kept on our server only for your browser session, so that it stays visible while you move between pages; "New chat" clears it. To limit misuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the times of your messages for up to one hour, and a daily count of messages without personal data.

Your name, email address and request reach our team only if you ask the assistant to send them and confirm it; the email then contains the conversation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering questions about our products and services) and, for enquiries, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@globalfundtrading.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary session cookies are set only when you use the feature: gftx_forms when you send the enquiry form and gftx_docs when you unlock the protected documents. The chat sets gftx_chat when you send it a message. All are deleted when you close your browser. The language you choose is remembered in your browser's local storage so that other pages open in the same language, and the browser's session storage remembers whether the chat is open and available.

9. Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the About page shows an embedded Google Maps map, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Specification sheets and certificates open in Google Drive, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp; their own privacy policies apply there.

10. Changes

We may update this notice when our website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
