GlobalFund Trading Xchange (GFTx) met its long-standing partner All Asia Steel and Cement in Singapore about All Asia Cement Portland Cement 52.5, an export cement made by Yixing Dongyi Building Materials in China that GFTx now supplies in 40 kg bags.
GlobalFund Trading Xchange (GFTx) met All Asia Steel and Cement in Singapore to prepare the supply of All Asia Cement Portland Cement 52.5. The two companies have worked together since 2013, when their partnership began bringing certified construction materials to the Philippine market.
One brand, one manufacturer
All Asia Cement is the export cement brand of All Asia Steel and Cement. Its Portland Cement 52.5 is made by Yixing Dongyi Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Xushe Town, Yixing, Jiangsu Province, China, and GFTx supplies it to buyers.

- Strength class 52.5 with high early strength, as stated on the bag. Strength class 52.5 means a 28-day compressive strength of at least 52.5 MPa.
- Uses: houses and buildings, bridges, roads, airports and runways, and precast and pre-stressed concrete.
- Packing: 40 kg net bags of 50 × 57 × 11 cm, each marked with a batch identification number and a manufacturing date.
- Mixing guide on the bag: for concrete 1 part cement, 2 parts sand and 3 parts stone; for plastering 1 part cement and 7 parts sand; for ceramic patching 1 part cement and 3 parts sand.
